The legend of Lynyrd Skynyrd has lived for over thirty years. Freebird is an honest tribute to an honest band.
Our goal is to present the experience of witnessing Lynyrd Skynyrd in all their glory, complete with authentic instruments, look and sound.
We strive to recreate the powerful spectacle which graced stages around the globe throughout the 70's
and incorporate the newer aspects of the Skynyrd phenomenon which came
about with the addition of Rickey Medlocke and Hughie Thomasson.
Based in the Phoenix, Arizona area, FREEBIRD is a "Super Tribute" to Lynyrd Skynyrd.
